Our Team

Our team is the backbone of our business. We are a family of craftsmen and professionals who are dedicated to our craft. Our founder, Erling Pohls, started his building career because of his fascination with trigonometry and problem-solving. He is a fourth-generation builder, following in the footsteps of his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.

Erling is joined by Jim Elliott, a professional builder and avid horseman who grew up in a hard-working, entrepreneurial family. Jim is known for his integrity, commitment to excellence, and his ability to tackle rough situations with ease.

Our team of 18-20 expert carpenters specializes in framing, finish carpentry, tile, and concrete work, ensuring that we have the expertise needed to deliver superior craftsmanship in every project.
