Our Therapist
Kolby Gambill, MSW, LICSW, is the founder and lead therapist of Nebari Counseling PLLC. With over 15 years of experience in the field of social work, Kolby has worked with diverse populations, including at-risk children, youth, and families, chronically and terminally ill individuals, and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Kolby is a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Washington and is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

Fees and Payment
We have a flat fee structure, with prices as follows:
- 60-minute session: $175.00
- 45-minute session: $125.00
- 30-minute session: $100.00
We accept Traditional Medicare insurance, Regence BlueShield of Washington, Premera Blue Cross LifeWise Health Plan of Washington, and Aetna Out-of-Network insurance. We also accept self-pay options via cash, credit card, or check.
