How much does roof replacement cost?
Pricing varies by material, roof size, and complexity. Cedar roofs start at $15,000 while premium synthetic options begin at $20,000. We provide detailed estimates after free drone inspections.
When should I replace my roof?
Consider replacement if your roof shows missing shingles, leaks, or has reached 20+ years of age. Our free inspection identifies hidden damage from Chicago's harsh weather cycles.
