Our history dates back to 1972 when our founders established P&A Engineering, Inc., a local paving company. Over the years, we have grown and established long-standing relationships on the Delmarva Peninsula. In 2006, the remaining family members renamed the construction company Terra Firma of Delmarva, Inc., and we are now owned and operated by a third generation of the family.
