At Roswold Construction Inc., we believe in the old-fashioned business plan of providing high-quality products and services at a fair price. Our best advertisement is our satisfied customers, and we're happy to provide a list of them for you to call and talk to. We have many repeat clients, project after project.

Our company was established in 1995 after Tom had started in the construction field in 1981. By the mid-80's, after working his way up within a large contracting firm, Tom was head of the installation department. After the "Great Flood" in the Snoqualmie Valley of 1986, which flooded the family home, Tom took time off to repair his home and further his education in construction by working for some of the bigger builders on the Issaquah plateau.

In 1988, as part owner of Heritage Design, Tom expanded into the remodeling end of construction by working around Sea-Tac airport on noise abatement programs. Finally, in 1995, Tom formed Roswold Inc. with his wife Kimberley. In 2015, we moved to Cle Elum and changed our company name to Roswold Construction Inc. to reflect our expanding scope of work.

We now commute to our Snoqualmie Valley to continue serving our clients. Our 40 years of experience in construction of all types helps us to be specialists in remodels as well as new construction jobs from small to large. We're a family-run business, and we put our family name and reputation on every job we do.
