Retained Search

In a retained search, we provide priority attention, activity accountability, and a guarantee to produce satisfactory results. We gain perspective on-site to tailor client search parameters, identify candidates, and qualify them through personal visitation. We thoroughly evaluate backgrounds prior to client introduction.

Contingency Search

In a contingency search, we handle search assignments that a company may share with several recruiters, requiring no exclusivity for either party. Fees are earned upon successful placement of candidates in competition with other firms.
