Our journey began in 2011, when our founders, Rosa and Bill Susinski, opened the doors to our first assisted living facility in Vienna, Virginia. Their vision was to create a home-like atmosphere where residents could feel safe, loved, and respected. Since then, we have expanded to four locations, each one designed to provide a unique and personalized experience for our residents.
