Our Story

Will Stephens' journey began in Boston, where he worked for a respected builder and developed a deep appreciation for carpentry and craftsmanship. After moving to Nantucket in 1998, Will's passion for historic restoration and custom homebuilding grew, and he eventually founded Stephens & Company, Inc. Today, our team is comprised of like-minded individuals who share Will's vision for creating exceptional homes that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.
