Carshon's Deli, Fort Worth's Original Deli, is a family-owned and operated institution that has been serving the community since 1928. Established by Jewish immigrant David Carshon, our deli has been a staple in the community for nearly 100 years. Today, we remain committed to providing our customers with the same level of quality and excellence that our founder envisioned.

Our menu features iconic sandwiches like the Rebecca and the Reuben, as well as a variety of kosher delights such as knockwurst, egg salad, matzo ball soup, and chocolate meringue pie.
