Tim R. and Mike McCausland both gave 5-star reviews, praising the hospitality, clinical vision, and treatment programs offered by Tikvah. Mike specifically highlighted the individual sessions he received from three therapists, which he found to be incredibly helpful in working through his issues.

Adam Shayeb and Joslyn Reyes, on the other hand, both gave 1-star reviews. Adam felt that Tikvah was deceptive and unprofessional, and was upset that they would not refund his $75,000 payment after his colleague did not check in as planned. He also felt that the surroundings were not luxurious, and that the staff was more interested in covering their tracks than helping him.
Joslyn Reyes was even more scornful, describing the experience as "extremely unprofessional" and feeling like she was misled by the admissions person, Jill. Her husband was kicked out of the facility without his medication, and they have been unable to get a response to their requests for medical records.
