Our Divisions

We are comprised of two distinct divisions, each specializing in specific areas of transportation:

• General Freight Division: Our General Freight division handles the transportation of dry goods across 49 states and Canada. We operate a fleet of modern, well-maintained trailers, including both 48-ft and 53-ft dry vans, many equipped with paper specifications and logistic posts. Our team expertly manages the transportation of a diverse range of commodities, catering to the needs of our valued customers in various industries.

• Rolling Stock Division: F&W Transportation has earned a reputation as a leading provider of specialized transportation services for rolling stock. We operate a fleet of 80 meticulously designed trailers, equipped to handle both enclosed and open (auto hauler) style loads. Our enclosed trailers feature a unique winch-driven internal deck, capable of accommodating two levels of golf cars. This innovative design allows for versatile loading and efficient backhauling of general freight when not hauling golf cars. Our open trailers provide ample space and height, allowing for the transportation of golf cars or tractors fully accessorized, up to 76 inches in height. This division primarily focuses on delivering golf cars to golf courses and dealers, ensuring the safe and timely arrival of these essential pieces of equipment.
