East Coast Consolidated (ECC) was founded in 2015 by Eric and Rachel Corbett with a vision to provide exceptional grounds management and waste hauling services to Home Owner Associations (HOAs) in eastern North Carolina. Eric, a former Marine Corps Officer with over a decade of active duty experience, combined his expertise in construction and landscaping from his previous ventures in South Florida with his military discipline to build ECC. Rachel, a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and graduate of Norwich University with degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, brings a wealth of administrative experience and a keen understanding of client needs to the business. Together, this dynamic duo assembled a dedicated team of professionals with diverse backgrounds in the trucking, waste hauling, landscaping, and construction industries, creating a multifaceted company capable of meeting the evolving demands of the communities it serves.

Waste Collection Options

ECC provides three convenient waste collection options to suit the needs of every homeowner.

• Curbside Collection: The most basic option, requiring residents to place their full containers at the end of their driveways. ECC will then efficiently empty the containers and return them to their designated spot.

• One-Way Side-Door Service: This mid-level service offers the convenience of ECC retrieving your full containers from the side of your residence and returning them later, empty, to the end of your driveway.

• Side-Door Service: For ultimate ease, ECC's premiere service retrieves your full containers from the side of your home, empties them, and returns the empty containers to their original location.

All waste collection options include standard 2 large wheeled containers - one for household waste and one specific for recycling.

Lawn and Landscaping Services

ECC's landscaping division is dedicated to maintaining the beauty and vitality of your community.

• Landscaping: From full landscaping design and installation to specialized services like tree trimming, removal, and stump grinding, irrigation system repairs, and vegetation debris removal, ECC provides comprehensive landscaping solutions. They also offer rock, mulch, and pine straw installation, sod/seed installation, land leveling, and fill and cut removal services.

• Maintenance: ECC keeps your community's green spaces looking their best with a range of maintenance services including: mowing, hedge trimming, and vegetated bed/weed control.
