Our facility is located in Morgantown, Kentucky, and offers a variety of comprehensive programs and services, including in-patient therapy and out-patient therapy, a Rehab to Home Program, Quality of Life activities, a Chaplain Program, and a secure unit for dementia care. We have a strong volunteer base that provides extensive socialization opportunities for our residents. Our friendly staff is dedicated to helping each resident reach their goals and achieve the highest level of functioning.

Services & Programs

At Morgantown Care & Rehabilitation Center, we offer a range of skilled care and medical assistance services, including IV Administration, Pain Management, Respiratory Care, Wound Care, Cardiac and Diabetic Care, Oncology Care, Hospice, Palliative Care, Nutrition Management, and Alzheimer's/Dementia Care with a Behavioral Management Unit. We also provide rehabilitation services such as Inpatient and Outpatient Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, an Orthopedic Recovery Program, Lymphedema Therapy, and dedicated units for rehab patients. Additionally, we offer Patient & Family Education and Training prior to transition home, ensuring a smooth transition and setting safety evaluation.
