Pricing

Our homes are individually priced based on your lot, location, design, and finishes. Our goal is to include most items and services you will likely need for a typical lot, such as utilities, permits & homeowner association approvals, grading for building pads, school fees, and concrete flatwork.

Our Guarantee

At Continental Custom Homes, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We value our customer relationships and understand that a large part of our continued success is serving those that placed their trust in us as their builder. Each one of our homes includes a Fit & Finish Warranty, designed to provide value and protection for your investment. Our warranty includes 1-year Workmanship Coverage, 2-years Systems Coverage, and 10-years Structural Coverage.
