Poor Experience with SkyBlue Property Management
SkyBlue Property Management has received overwhelmingly negative reviews from multiple residents. The company's handling of issues has been described as unprofessional, with a lack of prompt responses and ineffective resolution of problems.
Disorganized and Uncaring Management
One reviewer, Ana Garcia, mentioned that the company scheduled three visits from an appraiser within three weeks, requiring her to take time off work. Another reviewer, The Houston Family, had to deal with a multitude of work orders that were never fulfilled, and reported numerous issues to the property owner, who would have to personally intervene to resolve the problems.
Lack of Communication and Customer Service
Selma Vasquez was consistently ignored by management when reporting issues with neighboring disturbances, with emails and phone calls going unanswered. Anthony Alaniz also had to fight for his deposit, taking photos and videos to prove that his unit was in better condition than when he moved in.
Abuse of Power and Threats
Yyb reported being harassed by management regarding late rent payments, despite proof of successful payment. The company allegedly tried to evict Yyb and even sent a random man to harass them.
