At Del Monte Assisted Living Home, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to seniors in our community. Our story began with a passion to create a warm and loving environment for our residents, and we have continued to grow and expand our services to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Our Mission
Our mission is to dedicate each day to treating our residents like family by providing individualized, compassionate, and attentive care to all seniors as possible regardless of financial or social background. We believe that every individual deserves a safe, warm, and loving place to call home, and we strive to make that a reality for each of our residents.
Our Services
We offer a range of services designed to meet the unique needs of our residents. Our Assisted Living program provides assistance with daily tasks while allowing residents to maintain their independence. Our Memory Care program offers a safe and stimulating environment for residents with Alzheimer's and other symptoms of dementia. We also offer Transitional Hospice services to provide comfort and support to patients in the final stages of life. Additionally, we have an Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) program, which helps seniors with disabilities, health-related services, and/or low incomes access affordable housing in an Assisted Living environment.

Del Monte has been family-owned since its establishment over four years ago. Under the leadership of the Saini family, we have continued to grow and expand our services to meet the unique needs of our residents. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to seniors in our community, and we strive to make a positive impact on the lives of each of our residents.
