Our Services

Finelli Consulting Engineers provides a diverse range of services to both private and municipal clients. For our private clients, we offer expert services in commercial and residential land development and planning, including land use development applications, parks and recreational facilities, capital improvement projects, professional land use planning, wetlands investigation and permitting, GIS development and maintenance, land surveying, and public works management. Our municipal services include a vast range of services in a timely, cost-effective approach, including grant applications and construction administration/inspection.

We also provide Civil Engineering services directly to state agencies or as a subconsultant to prime consultants, offering a range of services that cater to the needs of federal, state, and county governments.
