Our team, led by Sallie and Bob Cogswell, is dedicated to providing professional home inspections and radon testing to northern Colorado. Our services include online and printed reports with pictures, detailed summaries available within 24 hours, educational home maintenance and care information sheets, convenient and prompt scheduling, and competitive pricing for both home inspections and radon testing.

Our Services

We conduct all of our home inspections according to ASHI standards of practice. This means that we provide an objective, visual, and non-invasive examination of the systems and structure of your home, from the roof to the foundation. We understand that buying a home can be a stressful and overwhelming process, which is why we encourage you to attend the inspection. This allows you to ask questions about the systems and components of your new home and receive firsthand answers on-site.

Our comprehensive inspection covers the exterior, structure, roofing, electrical, heating and A/C, plumbing, insulation, and interior of your home. We also offer radon testing for an additional charge. Our goal is to educate you about the items in the property so that you are safe and knowledgeable in the normal operation of your new home.

90-Day Warranty

As of 2019, every home we inspect comes with an included 90-Day Warranty. This warranty is valid 90 days from the date of inspection or 22 days after closing. We back all of our inspections with a 90-Day Structural and Mechanical Buyer's Home Warranty, giving you peace of mind even after the job is done.
