Our restaurant was founded by Ibet Becerra over four years ago as a cozy neighborhood tavern, and has since evolved into an upscale casual bistro perfect for lunch and dinner.
Our Story
Our story begins with Ibet, who had a passion for cooking and entrepreneurship. With over five years of experience in the culinary industry, she knew exactly what it took to create a restaurant that would stand out from the crowd. Ibet's culture-rich traditions, combined with her love for cooking, made her start the jewel known as Caribbean Cuba.
Our chefs, the sister Becerra's, have been in charge of our kitchen for over five years. They have worked at various restaurants throughout Dallas, but the thought of starting their own restaurant had always lingered. They are determinated and hard-working individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional service and delicious food to every guest that walks through our doors.
