Our leadership team, consisting of Peter Denn, Jeff Paquette, and Thomas J. (TJ) McDonough, each brings their unique set of skills and expertise to the table. Peter Denn, the founder of the company, has over 25 years of experience in the commercial and industrial roofing industry, having served as a Senior Project Manager at Delta Roofing and General Manager of the Billerica, MA branch of Tecta America New England. He has managed numerous high-profile projects throughout Massachusetts, including pharmaceutical and bio-tech facilities, historical restorations, and metal roof systems.

Jeff Paquette, our Project Manager/Estimator, has ten years of experience in architectural drafting and construction. Prior to joining Northeast Roofing Services, he worked as a Project Manager/Estimator for NorthStar Construction and Tecta America New England. He has managed several projects in the commercial and residential roofing industry and holds a BS in Industrial Technology (Architecture) from Fitchburg State College.

Lastly, Thomas J. (TJ) McDonough, our Field Operations and Service Department Manager, has worked in the commercial and industrial roofing industry for over 25 years. He previously served as the Service Manager of the Billerica, MA branch of Tecta America New England, generating around $2,000,000 of revenue per year and supervising the activities of 8-10 service technicians daily. He has extensive experience working with a wide variety of customers and clients and has been trained in all aspects of the construction industry, including OSHA certification, CPR training, lift safety, and fall protection workplace training.
