Locations and Hours
We have two regional locations to serve you: Richmond and Connersville. Our offices are open Monday through Friday, with varying hours for each location. We're closed on weekends.
Insurance and Payments
We accept a variety of insurances, including Anthem, Sagamore, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, United Health Care, Workers Compensation, and TriWest. We also accept other insurances; please call us for more information.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
On your first visit, you'll receive a comprehensive evaluation and examination. Based on this, we'll tailor an exercise program specific to your needs and begin treatment that day. Subsequent visits will continue to adjust your treatment program to ensure maximum benefit and recovery.
Fitness Memberships
After your therapy has ended, we recognize that your journey to full rehabilitation may not be complete. That's why we offer fitness memberships to help you maintain or improve your functional ability.
