Our Team

Our team is led by principal designer Monica Durante, who has been creating unique and creative home interiors since 1999. Monica's work has been showcased in area show homes, in design publications, and on HGTV's Extreme Homes. Monica's brother, Steven Ritenis, is a master woodworker and creates custom-designed furniture and cabinetry pieces for our clients. Monica's two sons joined the team in 2011 and are now an integral part of the business, executing many of the skills required to complete our remodeling projects.

Our Process

Our design process begins with a consultation, where we learn about our clients' style, needs, and budget. From there, we develop a design concept that reflects our clients' vision and goals. We then present a detailed proposal, including a scope of work, timeline, and budget. Once the proposal is approved, we begin the design and selection process, working with our clients to select the right products and finishes. We then manage the installation and construction process, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
