Chicago Near North Condo Renovation

This condo, built in the 1990's in Streeterville, needed a complete gut remodel. From the kitchen and bathroom to the floors, every detail underwent a complete transformation to achieve our client's dream. The result is a modern, sleek space that is both functional and beautiful.

For this project, we managed a complex gut rehab of a two-bedroom, two-bath 1 and a half condo in Chicago's Near Northside. We worked closely with our client to understand their needs and preferences and delivered a high-quality result on time and within budget.
