• Michael B. Joseph, Esq.: A founding director of our firm, Mr. Joseph has extensive experience in bankruptcy and reorganization, including Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. He has served as a Chapter 13 Trustee and has been recognized for his expertise in bankruptcy law.
• Thomas R. Riggs, Esq.: Mr. Riggs focuses his practice on probate and trust litigation, guardianship matters, insurance defense, and general litigation. He has represented individuals, businesses, personal representatives, guardians, and trustees in all Delaware courts.
