• Stratford Hills, Richmond, VA: A retail development anchored by Target and Publix, with a neighborhood-oriented design that includes quick service restaurants and retail shop spaces.

We work with property owners exploring sale/disposition as well as expanding users and retailers. Our focus is on ownership and development opportunities, rather than typical third-party services provided by brokerage and management firms, however, we perform fee development on a case-by-case basis.
