Our journey began in 2018, when our founder, Olya Sharonova, decided to offer her extensive experience in architectural design, drafting, code study, and community development services to all design professionals, contractors, and homeowners in Teller County and the surrounding areas.

These services include architectural design, architectural project management, construction plans and specifications, building code analysis, as-built plans for existing construction with extensive property/project research, and building department permit submittal. Our dedicated team works tirelessly to bridge the communication gap between clients and the building department, ensuring that every project is completed efficiently and effectively.

About Olya

Olya Sharonova, our founder, was born in St. Petersburg, Russia, and came to the United States in 1995, where she earned her American citizenship. A high school field trip to see the designs of Frank Lloyd Wright kindled her love for architecture, and she decided to pursue it as a career. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Architecture from the University of Kansas. Following graduation, Olya began her career as a residential interior designer in Lawrence, Kansas. In 2006, she moved to California, where she joined the commercial field as a project manager, overseeing projects from conception to construction. In 2010, she made Colorado her home and joined the Teller County Building Department as a plans examiner.

Personal Life

When she's not working on creating stunning architectural designs, Olya loves to spend time with her family, including her husband, son, cats, dogs, and horses, on their small ranch in Woodland Park, Colorado. She also enjoys gardening and horseback riding in her spare time.
