At Buck 'n Beam's Social House & Campground, we're more than just a place to stay; we're a home away from home. Nestled in the beautiful woods of Northwest Wisconsin, our family-owned business is dedicated to providing an unforgettable experience for all our guests.

Our story began in the spring of 2012, when our original owners, Bob and Vicky Bowerman, built Buck 'n Beam's from the ground up. They carefully selected the campsite locations to minimize the impact on the land, choosing spots based on the existing trees and topography.

The name "Buck 'n Beam's" was inspired by the original owners' Basset Hounds, Buck and Beam. Their names were chosen to honor the family's love for their four-legged family members. To this day, we continue to be dog-friendly, welcoming all our guests' furry friends.

In 2012, the current owners, Greg Symbal and Chip Bell, took over the business. Greg is the son of Bob and Vicky, and Chip is their son-in-law. Family remains at the core of our business, and we strive to ensure that every guest feels like part of the family during their stay.

Amenities and Activities

Buck 'n Beam's offers a wide range of amenities to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Just less than a mile away from the Red Cedar River, guests can enjoy tubing, kayaking, or canoeing. Our on-site game room is perfect for kids and adults alike, offering a variety of games to keep everyone entertained. For those looking to host a special event, our event pavilion is available for rent. Whether it's a wedding, graduation party, memorial, birthday party, or company event, we can help make it an unforgettable experience.

We also have an on-site playground and sand pit for kids, ensuring they have plenty of fun during their stay. Our social house is the heart of our property, where guests can enjoy homemade pizzas, philly sandwiches, burgers, and daily specials. Check out our menu to see what we have in store for you!

Hours and Services

Our social house is open seven days a week, with varying hours depending on the day. On Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, we open at 3:00pm. Fridays, we open at 12:00pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays, we open at 10:00am.

Our camping sites offer 30 & 50 amp electric hookups with water, and we also have a sanitary dump station on site for our guests. Whether you're looking for a nightly, weekly, monthly, or seasonal stay, we have rates to accommodate all needs.
