Meet the Team
Our team is led by President Robert H. Spratt, Jr., who is a Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS) and Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX). With extensive national experience, our team is highly skilled at analyzing markets, opportunities, and crafting achievable strategic plans in a constantly evolving marketplace.

We have a keen eye for opportunities that align with our mission and goals. Our acquisition criteria include properties with strong demographics, high growth potential, and the ability to create or acquire and reimagine vibrant, high-quality, and successful retail/mixed-use environments.
