Prete Builders

TCG Prete has its roots in Prete Builders, a company that has been serving northeastern Ohio for over 30 years. In May 2023, Prete Builders transitioned its business operations to Trinity Contracting Group and began operating under the name TCG Prete. With this transition, TCG Prete combined the experience and expertise of Prete Builders and Trinity Contracting Group to provide superior construction services to both residential and commercial clients.

Our mission is to provide superior construction at a fair and honest price delivered in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner. This is accomplished through sound decision making and accurate, honest reporting of staff at all levels.

Meet the Team

At TCG Prete, we have a team of experienced and dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the best possible construction services to our clients. Here are some of the key members of our team:

• Ken Bublinec - President: Ken has 32 years in residential and commercial construction, having owned his own commercial company, Trinity Contracting Group, since 2006, and worked in the industry for various other construction companies since 1991. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in Restaurant and Business Management from Bowling Green State University and is a registered general contractor. From 2012-2018, Ken served as the Campus Pastor of Church of the Open Door's Avon Lake Campus and chaplain for the Avon Lake Police Department.
• Rick Machock - Project Manager: Rick has 43 years in construction, starting right after high school and learning various residential construction trades over the years. He has worked in supervisory and project management roles for more than 30 years.
• Ed Wiliams - Project Manager: Ed has 48 years in construction, starting in high school at Lorain County Joint Vocational School. He has worked in supervisory and project management roles for more than 30 years.
• Jenni Prete - Executive Assistant: Jenni has worked in the construction industry since 1997, in both the residential and commercial sectors, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Marketing from Ashland University.
• Cindy Bublinec - Billing Department: Cindy has held administrative roles in the construction industry since 2005, and management and marketing positions in various industries prior to that. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University.

In addition to our core team, we also have a team of skilled carpenters, electricians, and estimators who are dedicated to providing the best possible construction services to our clients.
