Our Story

Howard Feldman, our president, started Pioneer as a residential security and fire alarm company with the help of his parents, David and Claire Feldman. Howard's father was a scientist and inventor with Bell Laboratories, and his mother was a registered nurse. After having an open-heart surgery at the age of 39, Howard recognized the importance of having a medical alert monitoring system. He spent years researching, testing, and selling home medical alert systems. Today, we are proud to offer the best medical alert systems in the world.

Our Products

We offer three most popular medical alarm systems: the Pioneer Bodyguard, the Pioneer Mobile Alert, and the Pioneer Bodyguard Cell Medical Alert. The Pioneer Bodyguard is our most popular system because of its excellent range, allowing you to use your medical alert button throughout your home or garden. The Pioneer Mobile Alert travels with you wherever you go, using GPS to tell our operators your exact location when you need help. The Pioneer Bodyguard Cell Medical Alert is designed for homes without phone lines.
