Dane Building Concepts is dedicated to the marriage of best practice and a common sense approach. Our owner, Jim Lampe, has been dedicated to process improvement and management for 25 years, bringing both practical management experience and a Master's degree in business to the forefront of our projects. As a licensed real estate broker, Jim will advise you of the cost-benefit balance of various ideas you may have. How We Do What We Do

Our approach begins with a discussion of your needs, goals, budget, and timeline. This is not the time for promises and commitment. Those come only through careful consideration of the project and accurate estimates of labor and materials are developed. We also explore potential problems which can sometimes develop, and bring those to light at the outset whenever possible. Our projects always include a warranty of work performed, and that warranty will be a part of our initial consultation.

We manage projects through a commitment to systems developed to avoid the shortcomings sometimes found in this area. Communication regarding our project is critical, and we share with you our flowchart of work and projections of time throughout the project, as often as makes you comfortable with your investment.

Projects and Results

Our projects are arranged by use of Microsoft Project as soon as details of the project are confirmed-this is the schedule we will live with under most circumstances. We pride ourselves on adherence to a rigid schedule that makes use of our allotted time in the best way possible, allowing us to be in and out of a project often in half the time others' suggest.
