We understand airports from the ground and from 300 feet in the air on final approach, thanks to our team of several pilots on staff. Our story began in 1973 when Ed Armstrong founded the firm in Grand Junction, Colorado. Since then, we have become a leading firm in the aviation industry, with over 1150 airport projects complete and 50 dedicated professionals with over 100 years of exclusive aviation experience. In 2023, we joined Lochner, a leading provider of transportation infrastructure planning and engineering services, allowing us to forge ahead with combined resources, capabilities, and expertise in the aviation industry.
