Additionally, our construction services include licensed general contracting for our own properties, often incorporating entertainment and music venues, award-winning restaurants, and residential developments.

History

Founded in 2008 by Craig Golden, Blue Star Properties has a rich history of revitalizing urban properties. Since its inception, the company has renovated over 30 office, retail, and industrial properties, breathing new life into all of its acquisitions. Today, Blue Star's portfolio contains nearly two million square feet of commercial space.
