EPDM Roofing

EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) single-ply rubber roofing membrane has been a popular choice in the low-slope commercial roofing industry for over 40 years. The EPDM systems we offer incorporate typically 45-mil or 60-mil reinforced or non-reinforced EPDM membrane. These systems are known for their superior fatigue and puncture-resistance, as well as their economical installation and easy maintenance for owners.

Metal Roofing

PVC Roofing

PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) roofing systems incorporate 50-mil, 60-mil, or 80-mil PVC membrane. PVC membrane is comprised of three layers - a PVC polymer bottom ply, a strong polyester-reinforced fabric center (scrim), and a tough thermoplastic PVC compounded top ply. PVC is designed for long-term performance and chemical resistance, making it an effective choice for restaurants and processing plants where animal and vegetable fats can build up on the roofing system. PVC membranes also have high reflectivity ratings and "cool roof" attributes, which help reduce the amount of energy required to maintain cool building environments.

Safety

At ARS Extreme, we understand the importance of safety and take all necessary measures to keep not only our employees but also our customers' employees safe and protected while work is being performed. All of our employees are trained and given the necessary safety equipment to safely complete their given task. Employees have been certified in rigging & signal training per OSHA's new crane rules. Over 50% of employees have had the 10hr OSHA Training class for Construction. Employees are also trained yearly in CPR/First Aid through the American Red Cross.

Seamless Gutters and Fabrication

In addition to our roofing services, we also offer seamless gutters and metal fabrication. Our seamless gutters are fabricated on-site for you to install or fabricated and installed on-site by us. We offer 5" or 6" gutters and 3" x 4" downspouts, with the option for customers to choose the color. Our metal fabrication services include a wide range of metal fabrication and installation for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
