Tate Rice, a husband, loving father, engineer, and respected builder, has dedicated his career to building homes for families throughout the Triad Area. Born and raised in Winston-Salem/Clemmons, Tate returns home shortly after earning his mechanical engineering degree from North Carolina State University. Tate's unwavering commitment to family drives him to create and construct some of the finest homes for his clients.

With a strong engineering background, Tate provides his clients with exceptional knowledge in structural integrity, precision, attention to detail, and project management skills. These strengths, combined with a keen ability to listen and collaborate closely with clients, tradespeople, and designers, make Tate a highly valued partner in the home construction process.
