Questions
How often should I pump my septic tank?
Pump every 3–5 years, depending on household size and water use. Charlotte's clay soil and heavy rain increase backup risks, making regular pumping crucial.
Can I pump my own septic tank in North Carolina?
No. DIY pumping is illegal in many counties and requires certified professionals with specialized equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
What are signs of a failing septic system?
Slow drains, gurgling toilets, sewage odors, soggy yard areas, or backups indicate potential system failure requiring professional inspection.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency septic and sump pump services with no extra fees for after-hours calls.
Are your services insured?
Yes. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, ensuring safe and compliant septic system servicing.
