Services Offered

At AOI GROUP, we provide a range of services from pre-construction to post-construction. Our pre-construction services include preparation of pre-construction cost estimates during various stages of the design process, evaluation of areas of potential cost-saving solutions, obtaining competitive bidding from our relationship with diversified local subcontractors, and evaluation of final design plans and drawings before final bidding. We also provide timelines of the project from the design to the different stages of construction, and we develop a team that will work throughout the scheduled project from management to sub-trades.

Our in-house design team assists clients, architects, and designers in ensuring correctly working systems without jeopardizing aesthetic design. We can help with complete interior remodels, shop drawings, and other design services.

During the construction process, we provide an on-site project manager who coordinates and oversees the entire construction process. We hold weekly meetings with clients and the design team to review ongoing progress, work schedules, changes in the scope of work, budget, and design issues. Quality control is continually monitored on a daily basis by our field personnel to ensure that quality meets AOI GROUP standards. Job site safety and risk management are developed for each project.

Before close-out, we provide a complete walk-through with clients to ensure their total satisfaction. We also provide a list of recommended maintenance items and warranty booklets before move-in. Additionally, AOI GROUP provides maintenance service contracts to clients who are looking to maintain their investment.
