Our History

Sign Men's journey began in 1946 when J. D. Miltenberger founded Eastern Oregon Neon Company. Ed Miltenberger followed in his father's footsteps, establishing Sign Men Neon Co. in 1978. Today, the company proudly operates as a third-generation family business, fueled by the passion and dedication of Ed and his son, Chad.

Through decades of experience, Sign Men has grown into the leading full-service sign manufacturer and repair service provider in Eastern Oregon.
