• Laser Cutting: We are equipped with state-of-the-art laser cutting machines, including our Amada 4000 Watt Fiber Laser and 2 Bystronic 4000 Watt Co2 Lasers. Our laser cutting capabilities allow us to cut various types of metals, including stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, titanium, Iconel, Monel, and other metals.
• CNC Machining: Our machine shop specializes in manufacturing precision machined parts using milling, turning, and cutting technologies. We are capable of holding tight tolerances using state-of-the-art machining and measuring equipment to ensure the highest quality product and customer satisfaction.
• CNC Punching: We utilize CNC Punching as needed, allowing us to punch holes and perforations, and produce custom shapes and features in sheet metal.
• Forming: We are experts in bending and forming sheet metal parts, with the capability to bend up to 1/4 at 10 Feet and even smaller parts up to 1.25 inches thick.
• Welding: As a full-service Sheet Metal Facility, our customers depend on our superior welding capabilities to assemble and fabricate complex products.

History

Laser Tech began operations in 1989 and quickly established itself as a leader in sheet metal fabrication in Southern California. Today, we operate a 71,000 square foot facility with 70 employees, proudly manufacturing and partnering with customers in a wide range of industries.
