Founded in 2003, RJ Recycling has grown to become the largest recycler of ferrous and nonferrous scrap metal in West Virginia. Our mission is to provide superior service and quality to our suppliers and customers, while also maintaining a strong commitment to the operational integrity of our business and the safety of our employees.

Our Suppliers

As a full-service scrap metal recycling company, we purchase ferrous and nonferrous scrap material from a wide variety of suppliers, including large industrial manufacturers, commercial businesses, local scrap dealers, and the general public. We take great pride in the relationships we hold with each of our suppliers and are dedicated to ensuring that every transaction is handled professionally, accurately, and fairly.

Our Customers

Through truck, rail, and barge, we directly sell the scrap metal we process to steel mills primarily in West Virginia, but also in some surrounding states. We also source our scrap to mills throughout the eastern United States and abroad. We take great pride in the quality of the product we deliver to our customers, knowing that it will be used as a critical resource for the manufacture of new products and materials.

We have two high-capacity, full-service scrap metal yards located in Nitro and Parkersburg, West Virginia. Both of our facilities are strategically located with easy access to interstates, railroads, and rivers, ensuring that your scrap metal is collected, processed, and recycled in a convenient and efficient manner.
