Services
Roof Repair
Our roof repair service addresses leaks, storm damage, and material deterioration using premium materials. We specialize in cedar shake and composition roofs, ensuring structural integrity while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Each repair includes a comprehensive inspection to identify underlying issues.
Roof Replacement
We provide full roof replacement with composition, tile, or cedar materials, including roof conversions. Our installations follow strict building codes and include lifetime warranties. The process begins with detailed consultations to match materials with your home's architectural style and climate needs.
Roof Maintenance
Our maintenance programs include biannual inspections, debris removal, and damage assessments. We use specialized treatments to prevent moss growth and extend roof lifespan, particularly for cedar shake roofs in Oregon's damp climate. Regular maintenance preserves warranty validity and prevents costly repairs.
Pressure Washing
We offer pressure washing to remove algae, moss, and debris from roofs and exteriors. Our low-pressure techniques protect roofing materials while restoring curb appeal. This service includes pre-treatment with eco-friendly solutions to inhibit regrowth of organic growth.
Gutter Cleaning
Our gutter cleaning service removes debris to prevent water damage, including downspout unclogging and leak sealing. We recommend biannual cleanings to maintain proper drainage, especially before Oregon's rainy season. Optional gutter guard installation is available to reduce future maintenance needs.
