We accept high-resolution AI, EPS, TIFF, or PDF files (600 dpi). Avoid JPEG, PNG, or office suite files. Revisions incur additional charges.
Can I request a proof before printing?
Yes, proofs are emailed for new orders. MPS Express checks require a $10 fee for proofs if requested.
What shipping options are available?
Orders ship via UPS or FedEx Ground unless specified otherwise. Expedited and international options are available at additional costs.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
