Services
Whole House Inspection
A comprehensive evaluation of residential properties covering structural components, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and foundation. Our inspectors identify safety hazards, water penetration risks, and wood-destroying insect damage while educating clients on maintenance requirements. We follow ASHI standards but exceed them by providing detailed reports with repair recommendations.
Radon Gas Testing
Professional radon level assessment using continuous monitoring equipment over 48 hours. Our EPA-recommended testing identifies radioactive gas concentrations that cause 21,000 annual lung cancer deaths. We provide graphical results showing hourly measurements and average concentrations, with mitigation solutions for elevated levels exceeding 4 pCi/L.
Termite Inspection
Specialized wood-destroying insect inspection covering subterranean termites, powder post beetles, and carpenter ants. Our NPMA-33 certified inspectors examine mud tubes, exit holes, and structural vulnerabilities. We provide detailed reports with repair cost estimates and prevention recommendations to protect property investments.
Mold Testing
Comprehensive mold assessment identifying moisture sources and airborne spore concentrations. Our inspectors use thermal imaging and moisture meters to detect hidden growth, providing laboratory analysis of samples with remediation guidance for contaminated areas exceeding safe spore counts.
Sewer Scope
Advanced camera inspection of drain lines using flexible fiber-optic cables. We identify root intrusion, pipe collapse, and blockage issues in sewer systems, providing video documentation and repair recommendations to prevent expensive backups and structural damage.
