Located in Campbell Hall, New York, our 134-bed Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Facility is conveniently situated between Orange Regional Medical Center and St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital. Our beautifully landscaped grounds offer a peaceful and harmonious environment, conducive to healing and relaxation. We accept admissions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, ensuring that our services are always available when needed.

Our Services

At Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center, we offer a comprehensive range of services designed to support the health and well-being of our residents. Our skilled nursing team provides 24-hour care, guided by our Medical Director. We also offer rehabilitation services, including Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident. Additionally, we provide a variety of amenities such as on-site lab and radiology services, daily therapeutic recreational programs, and access to psychiatry, psychology, and social work services.

Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Services

Our rehabilitation services focus on helping residents reach their optimum level of functioning through individualized care plans and one-on-one therapy. Our team of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists work closely with each resident to address their specific needs and goals.
