Overland Excavation is a family-owned business that has been serving the Inland Northwest for over two decades. Our story began in 1997, but our experience with heavy equipment dates back much further. Our CEO and owner, Alan, started operating heavy equipment at the age of 9 on the family ranch in Sagle, Idaho. Today, Alan and his sons, Robert and Richard, have worked together to build a reputation for honesty, hard work, and exceptional results.

Our expertise in site prep involves removing soil to the required depth for new foundations, ensuring the soil is firm through compaction tests and compaction if necessary. We also specialize in roadway excavation, including excavating and compacting or disposing of materials. For drainage systems, we install in-ground networks to solve water problems in homes and yards. Sewer hookups involve installing a main line from your business or home to the municipal system, which may require removing trees and shrubs, breaking through rock and asphalt, and more. Water installation involves connecting your water line from a build site to the city water. Additionally, we offer services for concrete and asphalt prep, including demolition and removal, and septic systems, including choosing the best system for your property, soil testing, and clearing for potential drain fields.
