While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. Our Services
We offer a range of services to support individuals, couples, and families, including:
- Individual Counseling: Our solution-based individual counseling provides an opportunity for clients to work one-on-one with one of our licensed therapists to explore their feelings, beliefs, or behaviors, journey through personal history, identify challenges, and develop a Life Plan toward desired change.
- Couples Therapy: We understand that relationships are hard work, and we want to help you have the most fulfilling relationship possible. Couples counseling is a process through which a couple works with one of our licensed therapists to identify specific areas of conflict and/or aspects of their relationship they would like to change, and then develops a plan of action to improve each individual's satisfaction and contentment.
- Family Counseling: Family Counseling provides the love and support you need during challenging times. It is during challenges that we grow and become a stronger family. Learn how to communicate better and receive the tools you need to be successful during conflict resolution.
