Our team is the backbone of our company, and we are proud to have a diverse group of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Our staff includes Joan Yang, Ph. D., President/Founder, who oversees all aspects of the operation; Richard Carro, Branch Manager, who supervises projects at our Syracuse, NY branch office; Annie Foster, Accounting Manager, who handles accounts payable and bank reconciliation; Felicia Lane, Office Manager, who is responsible for certified payroll and insurance certificates; Gwendolyn Bell, Project Manager, who manages construction activities; and Jaimier Hennegan, Project Manager, who oversees construction and material supply projects.

We have had the privilege of working with some of the most prestigious clients in the industry, including the 914th Airlift Wing, 107th Air Reserve, General Services Administration, Department of Labor, Job Corps, Air Force Research Lab, Rome, NY, Dormitory Authority of New York (DASNY), and U.S. Army Watervliet Arsenal. We have completed over $190 million dollars of construction projects and continue to deliver high-quality work to our clients.
