Dogs require Rabies, Distemper, Bordetella, and Canine Influenza. Cats need Rabies and FVRCP. Titer tests or vet exemptions accepted for older pets.
Can I tour the facility before boarding?
Brief tours available Monday-Thursday 11am-7pm. Holiday periods may restrict viewing opportunities to maintain guest care standards.
How are pets exercised during boarding?
Dogs receive four daily outdoor sessions in private runs. Optional walks and playtime available. Cats get twice-daily individual play sessions with staff.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, checks, PayPal, and Zelle. Credit/debit cards not accepted. Returned checks incur $35 fee.
Do you accommodate special medical needs?
We administer medications and handle diabetic dogs with extra fees. Diabetic cats and injectable medication requirements cannot be accommodated.
What are cancellation policies?
48-hour notice required for boarding cancellations, 24 hours for grooming. Late cancellations incur $25 fee or first-day boarding charge during peak periods.
