Mililani Physical Therapy is a locally-owned and operated clinic dedicated to providing the highest possible physical therapy services to patients of all ages. We are proud to be the largest Physical Therapy clinic in Central Oahu. Our clinic is located in the Mililani Town Center, and we are committed to making physical therapy accessible and beneficial to everyone in our community.

Our Services

Our team of experienced and licensed physical therapists offers a wide range of services, including physical therapy for all ages, massage therapy, and specialized programs such as Women's and Men's Health Physical Therapy, Certified Lymphedema Therapy, and Work Hardening. We also provide Manual Therapy, Myofascial Release, and SIJ/Pelvic pain and Dysfunction treatments. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology to ensure that our patients receive the best care possible.

Our Team

Our staff is comprised of caring, knowledgeable, and professional physical therapists who are dedicated to helping our patients achieve their health goals. Our team includes Mary Lau-Miki, PT, DPT, who is the founder of the clinic and has extensive experience in Women's and Men's Health Physical Therapy and Certified Lymphedema Therapy. Lynne Estabilio, PT, serves as our Operations Manager and has certifications in Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Certified FCE. Tammie Harada, PT, is our Administrative Assistant and has expertise in Neuro-Developmental Treatment and Myofascial Release. Jinky Nisperos, PT, DPT, is our Health & Education Coordinator and is certified in Pelvic Floor Therapy. Mark K. Miki, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, is our Clinical Supervisor and has certifications in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Strength & Conditioning.
