Our mission is to serve you great food, provide superior service, and always give you more than you expect. We are a family-owned and operated catering company, founded by Joe Schuh in 2004. We initially began catering for events hosted by family and friends, but our love for the work and the enjoyment of our satisfied customers motivated us to expand the business to provide full-service catering for all types of social events.

We want to exceed your expectations by providing superior service and most importantly delicious food that your guests will really enjoy. We offer customizable menus that cater to all your needs, from farm to table, from ten-person lunches to five-thousand-person special events, we are able to cover all of your catering needs. We can also do fish boils and hog roasts with all the fixings.
